Day 1 – 22th of Agust Arrival in Iceland
Our guides will welcome you at the airport and you will be transported to your Hotel for the first night.

Day 2 – 23th of Agust Reykjavík
The day is dedicated to the city at your own leisure in the city of Reykjavik, enjoying a walk around the city centre whilst sencing the atmosphere in this colourful most northern capital of the world. Overnight stay in a Hotel

Day 3 - 24th of Agust Reykjavík – Arnarstapi
Now we start our tour to the Westfjord, on our way we will visit the cultural Reykholt, Hraunfossar a amazing waterfall that comes steaming from underneath the lava of Hallmundarhraun. From there onto the village of Borgarnes. In the afternoon we will drive the coast of Snæfellsnes enjoying the admirable sculpture of nature. The seaside and the cliffs between Arnastapi and Hellnar have been made a Natural Reserve in 1979. We will spend the night in guesthouse at Arnarstapi.

Day 4 – 25th of Agust Arnanrstapi – Látrabjarg
After having breakfast we will take the road that takes us close to the glacier Snæfellsjokull the beautiful magnet of the Peninsula, 1446 m. It is an active volcano and provided the setting for Jules Verne´s famous book “Journey to the Centre of The Earth. Many believe the Glacier to be one of the seven main energy centres of the earth and its mystique is noticed by many. Undisputedly the main attraction of the National Park. Then onto Breiðafjörður, Brjánslækur and Látrabjarg. Dinner and accommodation in Látrabjarg.

Day 5 – 26th of Agust Látrabjarg
We dedicate most of this day to an excursion around Látrabjarg, the cliffs at Látrabjarg comprise the longest bird cliff in the northern Atlantic Ocean and marks the western-most part of Europe. It hosts millions of birds and is vital for their survival as it hosts up to 40% of the world population for some species. It is Europe's largest bird cliff, 14km long and up to 440m high. Dinner and accommodation in Látrabjarg.

Day 6 – 27th of Agust Látrabjarg – Bíldudalur
After breakfast we will enjoy a walk on the beach Raudisandur (meaning red sand) where there is a possibility to see a group of seals lying in the sand. In the afternoon we pass Patreksfjordur onto the small village Bildudalur. Overnight staying in a Guesthouse.

Day 7 – 28th of Agust Bíldudalur - Ísafjörður
First stop today will be the big and powerful waterfall Dynjandi and it´s beautiful surroundings. We continue in the direction of Nupur and onto the village Thingeyri a small fisherman’s village in the south shore of Dyrafjordur and onto Isafjordur. Isafjordur is the capital city of the northwest, with a population of about 4,000 Isafjordur is the largest town in the peninsula of Westfirdir (Westfjords). Fishing has been the main industry in Isafjordur, and the town has one of the largest fisheries in Iceland. The glacier Drangajökull is located in the far north of the peninsula and is the fifth largest of the country, but the only glacier of the region. Dinner and accommodation in Farmhouse.

Day 8 – 29th of Agust Ísafjörður – Borðeyri

We leave Ísafjörður and drive onto Ísafjarðardjúp a beautiful scenery and very photogenic. In the afternoon we reach Hólmavík, an interesting small fishermans village. In Hólmavík is the famous Museum of Icelandic Sorcery & Witchcraft. Our next stop is Borðeyri. Borðeyri is one of Iceland smallest village with only 25 habitants. Dinner and accommodation in Borðeyri.

Day 9 – 30th of Agust Borðeyri – Hveravellir

After breakfast we start our trip to the village Hvammstangi. Hvammstangi is also in the fishing industry providing mainly shrimp, the town also owns the largest textile factory in Iceland. From there to the strange rock Hvítserkur that stands just off shore in Húnafjörður, and resembles a fantasy animal that is having a drink. A strange sight but a very beautiful one, Hvítserkur reaches a height of 15 meters (50 feet). The name is probably derived from the white colour of the bird droppings that cover Hvítserkur, White Cowl. We then find the Highland road Kjölur F35 that will take us between the glaciers Langjökull and Hofsjökull. We then visit Hveravellir, where we can bath in a natural pool at 37°heat. Dinner and accommodation in Hveravellir.

Day 10 – 31st of Agust Hveravellir – Landmannalaugar

From here we go to Gullfoss (Golden Fall) a beautiful waterfall and one of the largest in Iceland. Then onto the geomantic area Haukadalur, the home of Geysir, a hot spring, there close by is Strokkur that ejects hot water on average once every 5 min. In the evening we arrive in Landmannalaugar. Overnight staying in a Shelter in Landmannalaugar.

Day 11 – 1st of September Landmannalaugar – Kirkjubæjarklaustur
The morning we dedicate to the colourful and the amazing nature around Landmannalaugar, Landmannalaugar is a pearl in nature, where hot and cold water springs create a warm stream. In the afternoon we continue on road F208 to Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Overnight staying in a Chalet.

Day 12 – 2nd of September Kirkjubæjarklaustur – Jökulsárlón – Kirkjubæjarklaustur
After breakfast we will explore the mystical glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón with floating icebergs, in the roots of Vatnajökull the biggest glacier in Europe we will enjoy this photogenic scenery. On our way back we visit the National Park at Skaftafell and take a walk to the waterfall Svartifoss (black fall). In the evening we return to our Chalet in Kirkjubæjarklaustur for overnight staying.

Day 13 – 3th of September Kirkjubæjarklaustur - Reykjavík
Today we hedd back to the city of Reykjavík, our first stop is the small village of Vik, Reynisdrangar a black basalt columns sculptured by the sea and the black sand beaches, Dyrholaey a small peninsula and then Skógar where we visit the Folk museum. Before we reach Reykjavík we visit the geothermal plant in Hellisheiði, which provides the area around Reykjavík electricity and warm water.The evening is at your own leisure, overnight stay in a Hotel.

Day 14 – 4th of September Reykjavík – Reykjanes – Blue Lagoon
Today we will explore the Peninsula of Reykjanes, starting with the village of Hafnarfjördur, then Grindavík a fishermans village, the lake Djúpavatn, the geomatic area of Krísuvík and visit the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing bath. In the afternoon we return to Reykjavik where you will enjoy your last night at your own leisure. Overnight stay in a Hotel.

Day 15 – 5th of September Reykjavík
In the morning transportation to the airport in Keflavik for your departure.
